Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia and Government of Montenegro – European Integration Office, with technical support provided by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Serbia – Montenegro 2014-2020 (JTS), kindly invite you to attend a two-day Info Workshop „Preparation of project proposals for the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Serbia – Montenegro 2014-2020“. 

The IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Serbia-Montenegro 2014-2020 is financed through the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance provided by the EU. The Programme covers period from 2014-2020 and being implemented under indirect management, where the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia is the Contracting Authority.

Info Workshop will be held in accordance with the following schedule:
• 17-18 October 2018, Nikšić, Montenegro
• 24-25 October 2018, Vrnjačka Banja, Republic of Serbia

Precise information on trainings location/vanue will be selected after finalizing the procurement procedure, so we will inform registered participants timely.

During the workshop following will be presented: IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Serbia – Montenegro 2014-2020, logical framework matrix in the context of cross-border cooperation and its relation to the application form, public procurement procedures, financial management, calculation of the eligible costs in the standard budget form, as well as project monitoring and reporting system.

NOTE: Due to the limited capacity of а space in which the workshops will be held, the organizers will accept applications until the number of available places is filled. For this reason, only registered participants who receive a return e-mail from the JTS, ON CONFIRMATION OF WORKSHOPS, will be able to attend the workshops.

Please have in mind that the costs of refreshment and lunch for all participants will be covered by the organizer of the workshops, but the cost of transportation and accommodation would be covered by the workshop participants. In addition, please be informed that each institution/organisation is welcome to be represented by maximum two participants.
